RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At iCodeBrands, we provide creative, digital and technology-based services. Because most of our work is customized for each client, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the stage of the project, work already completed and the terms agreed for that specific project.

01

Overview

This Return & Refund Policy explains how requests for cancellations, refunds and payment corrections are handled for services purchased from iCodeBrands.

Our goal is to handle every request fairly while considering the resources, time and work already committed to each project.

02

Nature of Our Services

iCodeBrands primarily provides customized digital and professional services rather than standard physical products.

These services may include:

  • Branding and brand identity development
  • Logo and creative design
  • Graphic design and social media creatives
  • Website design and development
  • ERP and business automation solutions
  • Custom software and IT solutions
  • Video production and editing
  • Digital marketing and related creative services
  • Other customized digital services

Because these services are created specifically according to a client's requirements, they cannot always be returned in the same way as a physical retail product.

03

Advance Payments

Some projects may require an advance, deposit or initial payment before work begins.

The purpose of an advance payment may include reserving project capacity, planning, research, onboarding, creative development, technical preparation or other activities required to begin the project.

IMPORTANT

The refundable portion of an advance payment depends on the project stage and any work or costs already incurred.

04

Project Cancellation

If you want to cancel a project, please contact us as soon as possible.

Before work begins

If no meaningful project work has started, we will review the payment and determine whether a full or partial refund can be issued.

After work begins

If research, planning, design, development, production or other project work has already started, the value of completed work and committed costs may be deducted before any remaining refundable amount is determined.

05

Work Already Started

Once a project has started, our team may already have spent time on activities such as consultation, research, strategy, wireframing, design, content preparation, development, testing or production.

Where a refund is considered after work has started, the value of work already performed may be retained from the amount paid.

Any remaining amount will be assessed based on the project scope, completion stage and agreed commercial terms.

06

Non-Refundable Work & Costs

Certain payments or project costs may become non-refundable once the related work or purchase has been completed.

Examples may include:

  • Completed design or development work
  • Approved project stages or milestones
  • Delivered final files
  • Completed consultations or strategy work
  • Third-party software or licence purchases
  • Domain or hosting purchases made for a client
  • Advertising or campaign budgets already spent
  • External production or supplier costs
  • Other third-party fees already committed

Where third-party charges are refundable to iCodeBrands, we may take that into consideration when reviewing your request.

07

Revisions & Client Approval

Projects may include a defined number of revisions according to the quotation, proposal, package or project agreement.

A request for a revision within the agreed scope is generally treated as a project revision rather than a refund request.

Once a client has approved a design, milestone, concept or deliverable, work completed up to that approval stage may be considered accepted.

08

Digital Deliverables

Digital work may include websites, source files, graphics, videos, documents, designs, automation systems, software configurations and other electronic deliverables.

Once final digital deliverables have been supplied, published, transferred, downloaded or otherwise made available to the client, the related completed portion of the project may not be eligible for a refund.

09

Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe you were charged twice, paid an incorrect amount or experienced a payment processing error, please contact us with the relevant transaction information.

We will review the transaction and, where an incorrect or duplicate payment is verified, arrange the appropriate correction or refund.

PLEASE INCLUDE

Your name, invoice or project reference, payment date, amount and available transaction reference.

10

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be returned through an appropriate payment method after the request has been reviewed and confirmed.

Processing time may vary depending on the original payment method, banking network, payment provider or other financial institution involved.

Any applicable third-party transaction or processing charges may be handled according to the circumstances of the transaction and the relevant project terms.

11

Project-Specific Agreements

Some projects may have separate quotations, proposals, contracts, statements of work or payment schedules containing specific cancellation and refund conditions.

Where project-specific terms have been agreed, those terms should be read together with this general Return & Refund Policy.
